If you give someone too many choices they often will not pick anything, as they get overwhelmed. You can be more persuasive and increase sales by reducing choices. If you offer 3 choices, a low, middle and high priced offer, most people will buy the middle. Too much choice will lead to indecision and lower sales. Too many choices cause our brain to overload. Studies have shown that people were more likely to buy when offered a choice of 6 items vs. 24 items. Too much choice can cause decision paralysis.
